What you give us
Your first name, the kind of business you run, your email address, your mobile number, and the messages you type to the assistant.
What we do with it
We use your name and business so the assistant can give you an answer that fits. We use your email to tell you about Ethan's live class and related offers. Someone from the team may call your number about your request. We only text you if you ticked the box asking for texts, and you can reply STOP at any time. We read conversations to improve the assistant and to reply when you ask for a person.
Who you're talking to
The assistant is an AI. Your messages are sent to an AI service to write its replies. If you ask for a person, someone from Ethan's team emails you.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information. We don't ask for card details in the chat. Payments happen on a separate secure checkout page.
Stopping emails or deleting your information
Every email has an unsubscribe link. To have your information deleted, reply to any email from us and ask.
